  1. Good work. Your RACI chart is pretty much perfect.

    You’ve done a good job of summarizing the responsibilities of the team members you have. There are responsibilities (ie. quality assurance, marketing) that do not fit with the ‘normal’ job descriptions of the team members you have so you would need to add them in.
